Doc’s Top Fourteen!

  1. Drink 32-48oz of purified water (not plastic bottles) & add pH drops to increase the alkalinity.
  2. Start your day with 1/2 lemon and 4oz of room temperature water before any other food or beverage. Drink it through a straw to maintain healthy tooth enamel.
  3. Evaluate your stress level and make a decision to eliminate worry about anything you cannot change.
  4. Get yourself a non-toxic deodorant & toothpaste. Purchase skin care products (preferably vegan) without parabens, dyes and artificial fragrances.
  5. Get Chia Seeds into your diet- (about one tablespoon per glass).
  6. Add Coconut Oil into your diet- at least one tablespoon/day.
  7. Cut out gluten and dairy.
  8. Add Collagen to your water or smoothie. (we love Vital Protein!)
  9. Drink Bone Broth everyday! (we love Osso Good Bones, email us for a direct link!)
  10. Get outside every day & breath in the fresh air.
  11. Replace sugar with Raw Honey, Organic Coconut Sugar, or Grade B Organic Maple Syrup.
  12. Commit to a life free from soda and fast food. Don’t eat out, except Chipotle. (Yum!)
  13. Learn to use at least three essential oils for your health. (we are oil queens!)
  14. Practice Forgiveness and Gratitude. Say thanks before very time you eat
